Communication Bot

An email agent you host yourself, using your own model credentials — so your correspondence never becomes someone else’s training data.

Overview

Most AI email assistants require you to hand a vendor full read and write access to your mailbox. For a law firm, a clinic, a government department or anyone under a confidentiality obligation, that is not a trade they can make.

Communication Bot inverts the model. You deploy it on your own infrastructure, and it authenticates with your own identity and your own model credentials. The agent reads and drafts inside your environment. No vendor mailbox access, no third-party copy of your correspondence.

Pair it with a locally hosted model and the whole system has no external network dependency at all — which is what makes it deployable somewhere a cloud assistant would be refused outright.

Capabilities

What Communication Bot does

Bring your own identity

Authenticates as you against your existing mail provider. No delegated vendor access, no shared service account, no separate mailbox to secure.

Thread summarisation

Condenses long, forked correspondence into the current state of play — decisions taken, commitments made, and what is still outstanding.

Cross-thread context

Surfaces relevant prior correspondence when you draft a reply, so context that lives in a thread from eight months ago is not lost.

Drafting with your voice

Produces replies grounded in how you actually write and in what has already been agreed, as a draft for your review — never sent autonomously.

Runs where you put it

Your own server, your own VPC, or a workstation. Pair it with a locally hosted model and the system has no external network dependency at all.

Reviewable before it goes live

Your security team sees exactly what the agent is permitted to do, and the permissions are yours to narrow. Nothing is hidden behind a vendor API.

Who it is for

Built for these situations

Regulated professionals

Legal, healthcare, finance and public sector teams whose correspondence cannot leave a controlled environment.

Security-conscious enterprises

Organisations that will not grant a third-party SaaS vendor standing access to executive mail.

High-volume correspondents

Founders, partners and operators managing hundreds of threads where context is expensive to reconstruct by hand.

Deployment

  • Self-hosted on your infrastructure — server, VPC or workstation.
  • Works with a hosted model API or a fully local model for zero external calls.
  • Extended and customised to your own policies as part of the engagement.
  • We offer deployment, integration and customisation as an engagement.

Questions

Frequently asked

Does Communication Bot send email on my behalf without asking?

No. It produces drafts for your review. Sending remains a deliberate human action.

Where is my email data stored?

Wherever you deploy it. Communication Bot has no vendor-hosted component and no telemetry back to us — your correspondence stays inside your own infrastructure.

Can it run without any internet connection?

Yes, when paired with a locally hosted language model. That configuration has no external network dependency.

What does bring-your-own-identity mean?

It authenticates as you against your existing mail provider, using your own credentials. There is no delegated vendor access, no shared service account and no separate mailbox to secure.
